The Message of Mary - Only in God Prayer Blog - 25 Apr 2021

In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit Amen

The message of Our Blessed Mother,

“God's warning is over the world. Those who stay in the Lord have nothing to fear, but those who deny what comes from him do. Two-thirds of the world is lost and the other part must pray and make reparation for the Lord to take pity. The devil wants to have full domination over the earth. He wants to destroy. The earth is in great danger."

At Akita, Mary said -

“The work of the devil will infiltrate even into the Church in such a way that one will see cardinals opposing cardinals, bishops against bishops. The priests who venerate me will be scorned and opposed by their confreres…churches and altars sacked; the Church will be full of those who accept compromises and the demon will press many priests and consecrated souls to leave the service of the Lord.

Our Lady of Akita, as at Fatima, warns the world of a life divorced from God and what harm that can do even in the Church. Yet, even through a great crisis of faith, it is prayer, penance and trust that will save humanity.

Are these messages true? All one needs to do is look at the world today, the state of the Church the rejection of God, the undermining of His Holy Word - enough said.

“Do not say, ‘His mercy is great; my many sins he will forgive.’ For mercy and anger alike are with him; his wrath comes to rest on the wicked. Do not delay turning back to the LORD, do not put it off day after day. For suddenly his wrath will come forth; at the time of vengeance, you will perish.” (Sirach 5:4-7).

Mary told us to renew devotion to the Blessed Sacrament, the importance of saying the Rosary every day. his column therefore will contain Adoration, the Rosary, the Holy Word of God and prayer. This in all humility but with the grace of God we will seek to do.

In this blog each day we will include

John 10:11-18 - The good shepherd is one who lays down his life for his sheep

Jesus said:

‘I am the good shepherd:

the good shepherd is one who lays down his life for his sheep.

The hired man, since he is not the shepherd

and the sheep do not belong to him,

abandons the sheep and runs away

as soon as he sees a wolf coming,

and then the wolf attacks and scatters the sheep;

this is because he is only a hired man

and has no concern for the sheep.

‘I am the good shepherd;

I know my own

and my own know me,

just as the Father knows me

and I know the Father;

and I lay down my life for my sheep.

And there are other sheep I have

that are not of this fold,

and these I have to lead as well.

They too will listen to my voice,

and there will be only one flock,

and one shepherd.

‘The Father loves me,

because I lay down my life

in order to take it up again.

No one takes it from me;

I lay it down of my own free will,

and as it is in my power to lay it down,

so it is in my power to take it up again;

and this is the command I have been given by my Father.’

Todays From the Acts

Acts 4:8-12 · The name of Jesus Christ is the only name in which we can be saved

Filled with the Holy Spirit, Peter said: ‘Rulers of the people, and elders! If you are questioning us today about an act of kindness to a cripple, and asking us how he was healed, then I am glad to tell you all, and would indeed be glad to tell the whole people of Israel, that it was by the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, the one you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by this name and by no other that this man is able to stand up perfectly healthy, here in your presence, today. This is the stone rejected by you the builders, but which has proved to be the keystone. For of all the names in the world given to men, this is the only one by which we can be saved.’

The Rosary

Mary said 'I promise my special protection and the greatest graces to all those who shall recite the Rosary. The Rosary shall be a powerful armour against hell, it will destroy vice, decrease sin, and defeat heresies.'

To day we pray the Glorious Mysteries

Morning Prayer

Lord, help me to live this day, quietly, easily;

to lean on your great strength, trustfully, restfully;

to wait for the unfolding of your will, patiently, serenely;

to meet others, peacefully, joyfully;

to face tomorrow, confidently, courageously.

Amen.

Divine Mercy

By the grace of God, I have received such a disposition of heart that I am never so happy as when I suffer for Jesus, whom I love with every beat of my heart.”

Diary of Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska:

Divine Mercy in My Soul

Prayer to St Michael

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in our hour of conflict. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil; May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; And do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits who wander through the world for the ruin of souls. Amen.

Each day we end with a Fatima prayer

The Angels Prayer

Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit,

I adore you profoundly,

and I offer you the most precious Body, Blood,

soul and divinity of Jesus Christ,

present in all the tabernacles of the world,

in reparation for the outrages,

sacrileges and indifferences

by which he himself is offended.

And through the infinite merits of his most Sacred Heart

and the Immaculate Heart of Mary,

I beg of you the conversion of poor sinners.

In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit Amen
